By agreeing to rent Riversong Cabin, you accept the following rates, conditions and policies.

Rates

There is a 7 night minimum stay, no exceptions.

​

Riversong rents for $145 per night for 2 people with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.  $20 Extra per person 15 years of age or over.   $5 per person 14 years of age or under.  All prices are subject to 14.75% tax.

There is a $85 cleaning fee per rental.    

 

There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee charge of $45, plus tax, for a total of $51.64 per pet.  Limit 2 pets.  Owners must follow the pet policy for Riversong. (link available)

 

A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is due within 10 days upon making a reservation.  We accept personal checks and money orders made payable to Riversong Cabin.   You may mail your deposit to Riversong Cabin,  P. O. Box 4962, Maryville, TN  37802.  After receiving your deposit a confirmation email will be sent to you, with the balance of your reservation due 30 days prior to arrival.  *Please note:  Allow ample time for your balance to arrive 30 days before your arrival date, as failure to receive your balance on time may cancel your reservation with no refund.

** Please note: Riversong is thoroughly cleaned , however, we accept no responsibility for Covid 19 exposure during or after your stay.  Travel and staying at Riversong is at your own risk.

 

 

Cancellations, Changes to reservation and important policies.

​

  • Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded if the named renter notifies us in writing 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.   However, there will be a $50 processing fee charged.  

 

  • If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be made.  ​

 

  • Please note that if you make a reservation within 30 days of arrival, this cancellation policy still applies.   Also, in case of early departures there will be no refunds.

  • Riversong is enabled with exterior security cameras.

  • Riversong is a single family rental, no house parties or fireworks allowed.

  • Riversong is a non-smoking cabin.
